As a brand-new member of NAWIC, I look forward to meeting the amazing women of this organization. I joined to find camaraderie, and learn more about how women contribute to our industry, and how we can move forward together to make our jobs more accessible and equitable. Though I am not out there building skyscrapers, estimating projects, or scheduling programs like many of you – proposal management is an essential piece of the construction timeline. My job is to win the projects that you work on, a symbiotic relationship that hopefully keeps us all working for a long as we’d like!
