Carolina Cavalcante

Carolina Cavalcante is currently President at Tilcon CT, a CRH Company. Her professional career with CRH began over 15 years ago as a Strategic Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA. She also had the opportunity to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands with CRH’s Europe Materials Division before returning to the United States as Sales Manager of Aggregates for Texas Materials.

During her time in Texas, she joined the Austin NAWIC Chapter and participated in severalevents held by them. It was a great way to get to know other amazing women that loved construction! Carolina spent her early childhood living in several countries and was raised mostly in Brazil.

She moved to Farmington, CT in May 2022 and enjoys spending her weekends her husband and two boys, typically on a soccer field.
